Relative expression of indicated mRNAs was normalized to the expression of alpha actin (acta1) mRNA from the same sample. Samples were made from four independent biological replicates for all time points except n = 3 used for EN and EA. Data were analyzed using ANOVA with Tukey’s post-hoc test. Shared letters indicate data that are not significantly different from each other and different letters indicate statistical significant differences between sample points (p < 0.05).
