RAW264.7 macrophages were treated with medium alone (CTRL), LPS (100ng/ml), IL-4 (30ng/ml), IL-10 (20ng/ml) treated with the pan HDAC inhibitor TSA (100nM) or SAHA (5μM) +/−LPS (100ng/ml) and incubated for 6 hours after treatment.
