Aptamers Rescued the Neurite Morphology Change of the Primary Neuron Infected with LV-α-syn
(A) The aptamers of F5R1 and F5R2 (10 nM each) was complexed with CADY peptide (the molar ratio of CADY/F5R1 or CADY/F5R2 at 20) and incubated with primary neurons at 3 DIV for 2 hr, then were infected with LV-α-syn vectors. At 8 DIV, an immunocytochemistry of the primary neurons was performed. Neurons were stained against MAP2, and the random DNA sequence group served as the negative control (scale bar, 200 μm). (B) Quantification of single neurite lengths of primary neurons. Data are presented as the mean ± SD (one-way ANOVA) ***p < 0.001 compared with vector; ###p < 0.001 compared with α-syn overexpression group (n = 6).
