A) progesterone (P4), B) luteinizing hormone (LH), C) estradiol (E2), and D) estrone (E1). Overall, the mean P4 concentrations in the PD groups were significantly higher than the PE group in each treatment (p < .05). However, the 4.69 mg/kg PE group could not be compared because there were no PE females in that group.
