Effects of miR-142-3p on SIRT1 expression. (A) RT-qPCR and (B) western blotting were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression levels of SIRT1 in SKOV3 and SKOV3/DDP cells transfected with miR-142-3p mimic or miR-NC, respectively. **P<0.01 vs. miR-NC. Subsequently, SKOV3 and SKOV3/DDP cells were transfected with anti-miR-142-3p or anti-NC, respectively. Non-transfected cells were used as the control group.
