ClCr: creatinine clearance, iPTH: intact parathyroid hormone, OC: osteocalcin, β-CTX: β-C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen, P1NP: Nterminal propeptide of type I collagen, MMP-1: metalloproteinase-1, MMP-2: metalloproteinase-2. The asterisk indicates (*) the statistically significant correlation between the studied parameters. ◊: The CKD5 (stage5-HD), the group of dialysis patients was not included because it is difficult to measure ClCr in patients who hardly produce urine.
