Fluorescence cross-correlation graphs following the protein exchange between ConA and BSA. (A)Labeled Au NPs were incubated for one hour with unlabeled BSA, FCCS was measured before and after labeled ConA was added to the dispersion. (B) Au NPs were incubated with labeled BSA, FCCS was measured before and after unlabeled ConA was added to the dispersion. The excess of free BSA was removed by centrifugation. The incubation with ConA was followed by FCCS up to two hours. Experiments were performed in triplicates.
