Diffusion times,derived diffusion coefficients and hydrodynamic diameters (Dc and dH) of the NPs in buffer TBS (Ca2+ Mn2+) and with proteins BSA and ConA obtained from the fittings in Figure S4 in SI and Fig. 2. Measurements were performed in situ. The relative cross-correlation amplitude is reported as FCCS/ACF_G. NPs were labeled with ATTO633 and proteins labeled with ATTO488.
