Diffusion times (tD), derived diffusion coefficients (Dc), hydrodynamic diameters (dH) and relative cross-correlation FCCS/ACF_G. The diffusion times refer to the curves in Fig. 3. NPs were labeled with ATTO633. Measurements were performed with NPs with PC after the excess of BSA was removed from the dispersion by centrifugation. ConA was added to the PC and measurements were performed in situ.
