(A) NgR protein expression was detected in spinal cord and isolated microglial/macrophage cell lysates from ngr1+/+ and ngr1–/– mice. (B) Expression of NgR2 and NgR3 in microglial/macrophage cell lysates during EAE progression as well as spinal cord lysates from naïve ngr1+/+ and ngr1–/– mice. (C) Immunofluorescent co-labeling of either CD11b- or Iba1-positive microglial/macrophage cells, with the NgR3, present in spinal cord inflammatory lesions of ngr1+/+ mice at the chronic stage of EAE (i.e., clinical score 3).
