Effects of U0126, LMB and roscovitine on p27Kip1 expression in the CA1 region following SE. (A) Representative double immunofluorescent images for GFAP and p27Kip1 expression. SE reduces nuclear p27Kip1 expression in CA1 neurons as well as astrocytes. As compared to vehicle, LMB attenuates the decline of nuclear p27Kip1 expression in CA1 neurons, while U0126 and roscovitine do not.
