(A) The frequency of correct entrance was increased significantly after histidine administration (n = 6, ∗p < 0.05 compared with Hypoperfusion group). (B) The frequency of wrong entrance was decreased significantly after histidine administration (n = 6, ∗p < 0.05 compared with Hypoperfusion group). (C) The escape latencies of reaching the platform in Morris water maze showed no significant changes among the three groups (n = 6). (D) The frequency of crossing target was decreased significantly in Hypoperfusion group (n = 6, ∗p < 0.05 compared with Sham operation group). Histidine promoted the recovery of the decreased frequency after hypoperfusion slightly without significant difference.
