病例8，男性，53岁，左后胸壁单发肿瘤，侵犯左后第8肋骨，实施左后第7、8、9肋骨部分切除，切除后骨性胸壁缺损100 mm×65 mm，采用聚丙烯单丝重建骨性胸壁，背阔肌转移肌瓣修补软组织

Case 8, 53-year old male, isolated left chest wall metastasis involving the posterior left 8^th rib, underwent CWRR with resection of left 7^th, 8^th, and 9^th ribs. The bony chest wall defect was 100 mm×65 mm, and polypropylene mesh was used for to reconstruction, which was covered with latissimus dorsi muscle flap.
