The expression of MRP14 is closely related to the expression of chemokines. (A) Nthy-ori 3-1 cells were treated with IL-1β (20 ng/mL) for 4 h, and the mRNA levels of GRO2, CXCL8, CXCL9, CXCL16 and CCL22 were determined by qPCR. (B) Nthy-ori 3-1 cells were treated with IFN-γ (500 U/mL) for 4 h, and the mRNA levels of GRO2, CXCL8, CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL16 and CCL22 were determined by qPCR. Nthy-ori 3-1 cells were transiently transfected with the siRNA targeting MRP14, the plasmid pcDNA3.1-MRP14 or control for 48 h. MRP14 (C), GRO2 (D), CXCL9 (E) and CCL22 (F) mRNA levels were detected by qPCR. Data are the mean ± s.e.m. of three independent experiments.
