KLF5 knockdown suppressed hypoxia-induced DDP resistance by inhibiting HIF-1α-dependent glycolysis in NSCLC cells. A549 and H1299 cells were transfected with si-KLF5 or along with pcDNA-HIF-1α and incubated under a hypoxic condition.
