(B) Nonenveloped cytoplasmic capsids and enveloped virions can be observed in the cytoplasm of F-infected cells. (D) Enveloped virions were less frequently observed in the cytoplasm of UL16FΔ139-359-infected cells, where nonenveloped capsids were abundant.
