Pathogenicity of rYm_WI01 and PA K338R mutants in mice. Five mice per group were infected with 103 to 106 PFU of Ym_WI01 backbone recombinant viruses rYm_WI01 (A), rYm_WI01PA:K338R (B), rYm_WI01/BR60PA (C), and rYm_WI01/BR60PA:K338R (D). Body weight changes and survival rates of the infected mice were monitored for 14 days. PBS was used for mock infection. Error bars for body weight changes denote SD.
