Putative 12CA5-binding MIMs—identified from library screening—were synthesized on beads for evaluation in an on-bead binding assay. With one exception (entry 8), compounds that contained the yp*e*d motif exhibited 12CA5-dependent binding; compounds lacking the motif did not. For clarity, the ‟fixed” portions of the miniprotein sequences are omitted.
