Biexponential model fitted to data from cadaveric eyes (Møller-Pedersen)126 showing 95% prediction interval. The coefficients are shown with their respective standard error (se) and the corresponding values for t and p. The half times for the fast and slow components of the model, calculated from the relevant exponential rate constants, are 3.1 and 224 years, respectively. The residual standard deviation was 113.9 cells/mm2. Also shown for comparison are data from live subjects (Yee et al)198.
