Fumos inhibits EGF-induced cell migration. The 90% confluent monolayers of cells were wounded via a scratch, following which they were serum-starved for 12 h, and then incubated with 0.5 and 2 µg/ml Fumos and EGF (20 ng/ml) for 24 h.
