Effect of Fumos on the phosphorylation of FAK. Serum starved cells were pretreated with various concentrations of Fumos (0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 µg/ml) for 24 h and then stimulated with EGF (20 ng/ml, 5 min). Western blot analysis of the phosphorylation of FAK at sites 397, 576, 861 and 925 was performed. The histograms show the results of statistical analysis. *P<0.05 and **P<0.01, vs. control.
