Effect of CAPE on intracellular Ca²⁺ levels in human isolated platelets activated with arachidonic acid (AA – 500 μM). Platelets (1.5 × 10⁸ cells/mL) loaded with Fura2-AM were pre-incubated with extract (0.25 – 10 mg/mL), quercetin or myricetin (10 μM).
