Sustained expression of p53 in hormone-treated mammary glands of BALB/c mice. BALB/c mice were treated with hormones by the experimental regimen described in Materials and Methods. On day 97 they were administered 1 mg of DMBA by oral gavage. The expression and localization of p53 were examined by IHC in the AMV and hormone-treated mammary glands both at the time of (97 day) and 6 days after DMBA treatment.
