Growth factors consisted of 1.5 units/ml erythropoietin (Epo), 2 × 10⁻¹⁰ M granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (GCSF), 100 ng/ml stem cell factor (SCF), 4.5 × 10⁻¹⁰ M granulocyte–macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), and 2 × 10⁻¹⁰ M interleukin-3 (IL-3).
