The anxiety-like behaviors in postnatal stress (PRS) mice are corrected by 5-aza-CdR. 5-aza-CdR recovered the shortened center time in the open field test (OFT) (A), improved the decrease in the percentage of time spent in the open arms of the elevated plus maze (EPM) (B), and increased the time in the light box (C) in PRS mice.
