The relative amount of scinla, scinlb, gsna, and gsnb mRNA in adult zebrafish cornea determined by quantitative RT-PCR. Calculations based on the standard curves indicate the following numbers of the different mRNAs per μg RNA isolated from the zebrafish cornea: 3.8 × 1010 for scinla; 1.9 × 1010 for scinlb; 3.29 × 109 for gsna; 3.31 × 109 for gsnb.
