Gene expression analysis of CD3ε in tissue: in situ hybridization. Cryostat sections were hybridized with an antisense (A = thymus, B = spleen, C = trunk-kidney) or sense (a = thymus, b = spleen, c = trunk-kidney) probe. No unspecific staining was observed (a–c).
