Expression of CD3ε in re-injected lymphocytes in recipient tissues. Donor leukocytes were stained with CFSE, and the expression of CD3ε was analyzed by FACS before injection. Twenty four hours after injection, lymphocytes from recipient trunk-kidney, spleen, and peripheral blood leukocytes were gated on FS and SS dot plot. Histograms show the percentages of anti-CD3ε Ab and CFSE double-positive cells derived from donors.
