(A) CD3⁺CD4⁺ T-cells were gated after 5 days of co-culture and then CFSE and CD25 expression was analyzed. Upper left panel shows CD4⁺ T-cell proliferation (CD25⁺, CFSE-cells) after being co-cultured with control DCs. The upper right panel shows the same experiment, but was performed by adding supernatants from L-mDCs. Lower left panel shows that all the CD4⁺CD25⁺ T-cells are CFSE⁺. The lower right panel shows the same experiment, but was performed with supernatants from control mDCs. A representative of four experiments is shown.
