L-matured DCs (mDCs) induce CD4⁺ antigen-specific T-cell responses that are characterized by Th1 bias and diminished proliferation. Mixed lymphocyte cultures were performed with CEFT MHC-II pool preloaded DCs and autologous CD4⁺ T-cells stained with CFSE. (A) CD3⁺CD4⁺ cells were gated after 5 days of co-culture and then, CFSE and CD25 expression was analyzed. A representative of four experiments is shown.
