Kinetics of USF1 and E47 binding activity on the IKBL proximal promoter in Jurkat cells stimulated with PMA/Ca2+ ionophore. Nuclear extracts were prepared from stimulated cells harvested at 0, 1, 3, 6, 24 h poststimulation. The samples were assayed for transcription factors binding to probes IKBL-62*1 and -62*2.
