Deletion of Bmpr1a in Lgr5 cells. GFP^+ve cells from 1- to 2-month-old Lgr5-EGFP-ires-CreERT2 mice (Lgr5-Cre mice) and Lgr5-EGFP-ires-CreERT2;Bmpr1a^flox-flox mice (Lgr5-Cre;Bmpr1a^flox-flox mice) were isolated by flow cytometry.
