Data were fit with the equation $M(t)=M_{\mathrm{\infty }}(1-e^{-t/{\tau }_B})$ when possible (mono-exponential buildup) or $M(t)=M_{\mathrm{\infty }}(1-f_1{e}^{-t/{\tau }_{B1}}-(1-f_1)e^{-t/{\tau }_{B2}})$ (bi-exponential buildup) when it was necessary to include two time constants.
