DNP was based on 10 mM TOTAPOL. Data were fit with the equation M(t)=M(1et/τB) when possible (mono-exponential buildup) or M(t)=M(1f1et/τB1(1 f1)et/τB2) (bi-exponential buildup) when it was necessary to include two time constants.
