Dependence of CTs on AID. CTs from Iγ3, Iγ1, Iγ2b, Iγ2a, and Iα promoters on CD detected by RT-PCR. Template cDNAs were prepared from spleen cells of AID+/+, AID+/−, or AID−/− mice with or without the indicated stimuli for 2 days. Two bands of γ2a and αCTs represent alternatively spliced forms.
