Lead polyamines potentiate antibiotic activity toward other ESKAPE pathogen species. A. baumannii (1643) or MRSA (USA300) cells were treated with the noted polyamine molecules at increasing concentrations, alongside levofloxacin (A) or chloramphenicol (B).
