Clonogenic survival data of the three representative cell lines. HepG2 and QBC939 were used to represent those that were most sensitive to CTD while EKVX the most resistant. The result showed that HepG2 and QBC939 were indeed highly sensitive to the growth inhibitory effect of CTD (P < 0.01), while EKVX remained resistant to the treatment the highest dose examined.
