In each of these disorders, GO terms are specified, and the number of significantly changed genes and the percentage is indicated for each region and time point. Percent indicates the ratio of the number of significantly changed genes to the number of genes within each GO Term. The total refers to the total number of genes included in each of the GO terms for each of the three disorders. Star denotes the highest ranking disorder determined by the highest total number of significantly altered genes or percentage at each region and time point.
