Food preferences were measured before and after lunch on SL day 12 and after 1 and 18 days of living at HA using the Leeds Food Preference Questionnaire. Positive values indicate preference for high fat/protein and sweet foods, negative values indicate preference for low fat/protein and savory foods. Values are mean ± SEM.
