The clustering is constructed using the complete-linkage method together with the Euclidean distance. Each row represents a DNA methylation site, and each column, a risk score value. The risk score clustering tree is shown on the right. The colour scale illustrates the relative value of the risk score: red, below the reference channel; green, higher than the reference.
