(A) SVF cell self-renewal capacity for breast cancer remission donors was higher when compared to donors without a prior breast cancer diagnosis, nearing statistical significance. An opposing trend was observed for differentiation potential, suggesting breast cancer remission donors might have less robust (B) adipogenic and (C) osteogenic potential based on production of corresponding lineage-specific metabolites.
