Simulated resolution phantom images with five point targets, mimicking a wire phantom. The images are formed by using (a) standard DAS, (b) ADMIRE, (c) DAS+CF and (d) ADMIRE+CF. The resulting images can indicate off-axis energy suppression with focused and unfocused targets using each beamforming method. The dynamic range is 80 dB in order to highlight the side-lobes.
