Mice received an initial intramuscular injection of AdEmpty-transduced cells or vehicle (saline) in one hindlimb and an intramuscular injection of AdLuc-transduced cells in the contralateral limb 1 week later. Expression was quantified and summed to provide a total of luciferase expression for each animal. (B) The graph depicts sample (n = 4) averages and SEM. Comparisons were made between groups using an ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc test, and found that data were not significantly different (p ≤ 0.05).
