Effect of curcumin on the levels of interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, and Transforming growth factor-beta1 (TGF-β1) proteins. The levels of IL-1β (A), IL-6 (B), TNF-α (C) and TGF-β1 (D) proteins were examined by using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. Results are presented as the mean ± S.D.
