Time courses of FLAG-tagged B. olearacea BRI1-Associated Receptor Kinase (FLAG-BoBAK1), FLAG-tagged R. sativus BAK1 (FLAG-RsBAK1), and FLAG-tagged R. sativus Proline-rich receptor-like protein kinase (FLAG-RsPERK4) production in E. coli. (A) Analysis of FLAG-BoBAK1 kinase phosphoprotein production at different times after isopropyl β-d-1-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) induction. Immunoblots were probed with antibodies as indicated; (B) Analysis of FLAG-RsBAK1 and RsPERK4 kinase auto- and transphosphorylation kinase activity.
