Sirt3 protein expression and morphological changes of mitochondria after hyperglycemic ICH. (A) Western blotting showed that sirt3 protein expression was significantly decreased to the minimum at 24 h after ICH. Before that, sirt3 expression was reactively upregulated at 6 h after ICH, ^∗P < 0.05 versus sham group, ^#P < 0.05 versus the rest groups (n = 6 in each group at different time points). (B) Immunofluorescence staining showed the location of sirt3 protein in basal ganglia after hyperglycemic ICH at 24 h.
