(A–D) Double labeling for poly(A) RNAs in combination with molecular markers of Cajal bodies (coilin, A), nuclear speckles of splicing factors (TMG-cap, C), gems (SMN, B) and clastosomes (20S proteasome, D) demonstrates that the PARG is a distinct nuclear structure.
