This window appears after first selecting the Analyse Circuits option of the Tools scrolling menu in the main window, then clicking on the Search Circuits button, and finally launching the Functionality Analysis option. Among the four circuits found in the regulatory graph, three are functional: one is negative, while the other two are positive. The selected circuit (involving p53 and Mdm2nuc) is positive and functional when the level of Mdm2cyt is medium (equal to 1) in the absence of DNA damage (DNAdam = 0).
