Summary of cloned SURF1 piglets obtained throughout the SCNT experiments. All animals born were PCR-genotyped and the SURF1+/− (HET) or SURF1−/− (KO) condition was confirmed by Sanger sequencing. Taking into account the necessary genetic equivalence of piglets deriving from re-cloning experiments of ID487, only a representative random sample of piglets/litter were confirmed by Sanger sequencing.
