Robetta was able to predict acceptable or better predictions for five of the six CASP/CAPRI targets for which it made predictions, representing a range of different symmetries. Such predictions include the high-quality predictions of trimeric T0867 (a) and octameric T0906 (b), as well as the acceptable quality prediction of the trimeric T0881. In all figures, the refined models are shown colored by chain, while – for a subset of chains – all symmetric templates used in prediction are overlaid in a pale grey.
