(A) Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis of relative miR-139-5P expression levels in human BPH tissues (n=10), PCa tissues (n=10) and PCa PC-3, C4-2B and LNCaP cell lines. Data were normalized to U6 small nuclear RNA control and represented as the mean ± standard error of the mean. (B) miR-139-5P inhibited prostate cancer cell proliferation.
